Q: Where are you shipping from? 

A: Los Angeles, CA USA 

 

Q: How long does it take to ship my order? 

A: We do our best to ship an order within 2 days.

 

Q: How are orders mailed? 

A: All orders are shipped USPS. In most cases orders are mailed either first class or priority mail depending on size and weight. If it is strictly a book order, it will be mailed USPS media mail. 

 

Q: What if there is something wrong with my order? 

A: Contact us! We want every customer experience to be a positive one and will do our best to work with you. 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes! A good number of our orders are international. You will see the shipping fee during the check out process before you fully submit your order. In most cases international orders are shipped USPS international mail. 

 

Q: Can I purchase something online and pick up in person at a show? 

A: Yes! This is always an option. If you want to do this, send us an email first and we will email you a code to use during check out to remove the shipping fee from the order.
